Should my commercial ice machine be remote cooled or self-contained?
Remote cooling systems have a lower noise and heat level than self-contained machines since they are
installed outdoors. These require a technician and maintenance which can be costly over time. Self-
contained machines are pricier, but come ready-to-use without the need for a technician.
