This heated carving shelf is constructed with 18 gauge stainless steel. Heated shelf base is controlled by a three position toggle switch for LOW/MED/HIGH, and includes one ON/OFF switch, and one indicator light. The two adjustable 250 watt infrared heat lamps are controlled by one ON/OFF switch. The exterior has a recessed surface to catch drippings. Clear glass customer breath guard easily slides in place and meets new NSF breath guard specifications, and is furnished with one set of 1" (25mm) legs and one cutting board.
