got this as a birthday gift
Pros: very reliable, good size

I am kind of a coffee snob and have been looking for a commercial machine to use at home for a while now. I was given this one as a birthday gift and I was just glad it fit on my kitchen countertop. I had to go in to a local coffee shop for some advice on how to use the machine but, ever since then it works great. It makes really good coffee. I'm sure since it's a comerical machine, I'll have to get it serviced or something but it's worth it. I'm sure this would work great in an actual coffee shop too.Location: Scarsdale, NY

Astro Pro Expresso Machine
Pros: A commercial-grade workhorse. A wonderful steamer. Can brew and steam simultaneously. Makes coffee as fast as your skill allows. Easy to service when necessary. Outstanding support from the small company.
Cons: Takes several minutes to warm up. Needs regular cleaning (like any commercial machine).
Reliable, makes excellent coffee, especially good at steaming the milk. I've had one for 7 years; just bought one for my son. A true commercial machine. Designed to be serviced. After much use I replaced some parts with good support from them.
