The 20 pound capacity Commercial Grease Trap Interceptor PDI Certified has a 10 gallon per minute flow rate. It's designed for removing and isolating F.O.G. (Fat, Oil, Grease) from waste water whenever food is prepared. The main body of grease trap suspends above the floor to avoid a corrosive environment and extends life. Although there is no-Hub Adapters for steel or plastic, the unit has a T-vent pipe included. It also features no-skid cover with locking device. 2" inch inlet/outlet connection. It's perfect for use in Restaurants, Cafeterias, Fast Food Establishments, Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Kitchens, Hotels and Resorts, Food Procession Plants, Meat Processing Plants, Industrial Plants, and Residences.
