The 40 pound capacity Commercial Grease Trap Interceptor PDI Certified has a 20 gallon per minute flow rate. It's designed for removing and isolating F.O.G. (Fat, Oil, Grease) from waste water whenever food is prepared. The main body of grease trap suspends above the floor to avoid a corrosive environment and extends life. Although there is no-Hub Adapters for steel or plastic, the unit has a T-vent pipe included. It also features no-skid cover with locking device. 3" inch inlet/outlet connection. It's perfect for use in Restaurants, Cafeterias, Fast Food Establishments, Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Kitchens, Hotels and Resorts, Food Procession Plants, Meat Processing Plants, Industrial Plants, and Residences.

BK Resources 40 lb Grease Trap Interceptor 25 Gall
Got this installed and have just recently opened my doors. So far everything is going great. Will be cleaning this monthly or sooner if needed. Company has been great to work with and give advise when needed.
