ovens meet industry standards for convection cooking. They're available in single, double, and stacked varieties. The standard depth baking compartment- accepts 18" x 26" standard pans in left-to-right-position. This unit has user-friendly manual controls for convenience and a durable stainless steel build for maintenance. The thermostat has a temperature control range of 200°F (93°C) to 500°F (260°C). This unit cooks efficiently and operates with ease.
