Blodgett ZEPH-200-G-ES DBL Specifications
The Zephaire brand is well known throughout the restaurant industry. This Bakery Gas Convection Oven has many features and great durability. The stainless steel build of this model makes clean up easy. It has a removable front control panel, with a solid mineral fiber insulation at the top, back, sides and bottom. The exterior contributes to the efficient functionality of the oven. The interior construction features double sided porcelainized baking compartments. The baking compartment accepts 18" x 26" standard size baking pans in left-to-right or front-to-back positions. This oven is sure to help productivity in any kitchen.
