hotLOGIX Holding Cabinet - HL6 Series heated and humidified holding cabinets are great for holding uncovered pans of food for extended periods of time. Universal adjustable pan slides accommodate a variety of pan sizes. Humidification is provided by a heating element placed in a top mounted reservoir. Heat and humidity are evenly distributed throughout the cabinet by a precision engineered fan and duct system
