This 45lb capacity shallow depth deep, flat bottom deep fryer is ideal for frying fresh funnel cakes and donuts. The cast iron H-pattern burners and V-shaped tank design direct air for optimal heat circulation and its stainless steel construction makes for easy cleaning. It comes on 4" stainless steel legs configured for either natural gas or liquid petroleum and is available as-pictured or with a variety of accessories.
