Valerie Hoff, News Anchor for NBC affiliate 11Alive hosts a segment called “Ways2Save”. Last year around the Christmas holiday season, Valerie interviewed Showroom Manager Mike Ellin and featured ACityDiscount as a place of interest for great holiday shopping. This year, ACityDiscount was featured in a way more in line with the goal of Ways 2 Save: saving consumers’ big money on great items!
ACityDiscount selected a collection of items that homeowners couldn’t resist, and with Valerie’s advisement, found 4 items to feature several times in the weeks preceding Christmas. Each item was discounted 50% to give Ways 2 Save customers the kinds of deals they have come to expect from the 11Alive team. Items were displayed one at a time, and kept in secret until each release; enticing customers to tune in daily when the promotions were slated to air. Items were displayed in both the 5 and 6’oclock news hours.

ACityDiscount received an overwhelming response from the Ways 2 Save community, and opted to extend the special through the entire weekend to ensure all customers were able to take advantage of the great discount!
