This 18" manual pizza dough press features uncoated aluminum platens with upper platen heats up to 200 F. It is great for medium to high production volumes. (100-150 pieces per hour) It is a fast, safe, simple, mess free (no flour needed) alternative to hand tossing or sheeting/rolling your pizza dough.
