This Tortilla/Pizza Dough Press features 18" diameter non-stick xylan coated upper & lower aluminum platen that allows for making variable crust sizes and thicknesses up to 18 inch. The upper & lower heat platens to 450F. It's heavy duty stainless steel construction and dual push button start make it the fastest and easiest semi-automatic press in the industry.
