Doyon Baking Equipment DL12SP Specifications
The Doyon DL12SP dough sheeter can sheet 1 to 10.5 ounces of dough up to 12" diameter for tortillas, wraps, flat bread and more. It is a one stage sheeter with a front infeed and discharge and produces a uniform thickness. This counter-top dough sheeter features an ergonomic design and a single roller to enable a single operator to make up to 600 pieces in an hour. This efficient sheeter reduces labor cost by being able to roll dough 6 times faster than rolling by hand.
