The ETE145 is designed to do the heavy lifting for the removable bowl ATR and ATI spiral mixers. Because these mixers can make up to 520 pounds of dough at a single time, the ETE145 is necessary to lift and empty the bowl. The bowl dolly from the mixer docks with the lifter. Simple controls make lifting and emptying easy.
