EconoMate Buffet Units are perfect for the limited space facility: All floor models are only 22-1/2" wide. The units can be mixed and matched to fit your design needs. The heavy gauge steel bodies come in twelve (12) standard powder coat paint colors and have heavy gauge stainless steel tops. All full size EconoMates are portable, with open or closed storage bases. The floor models are standard with swivel casters for portability. Each unit comes with a one-piece clear Plexiglas canopy. The cold pan units for EconoMate come in Ice Cooled and Mechanically Assisted Ice Cooled models. Pan liners are stainless steel and insulated. Mechanically Assisted units are refrigerated by copper coils attached to the bottom of the liner. Compressor uses R134A refrigerant and is controlled by ON/OFF switch with cord and plug provided.
