For high performance cooking, this Gas Broiler with Cast Irons Radiants by is a great choice. The cast iron grates are removable and reversible. Each burner has a 14,500 BTU for natural gas. Gas is the preferred method of cooking in the industry. With this broiler you can cook a variety of meats, vegetables, and other specialty dishes. This unit is also easy to clean and comes with a broiler rack cleaning brush for the grates. It's also user friendly, and features on/off switch for easy operation. This broiler is made of great quality and built to last.

- Heavy duty removable cast iron grates, reversible with wide brand edge on one side & fine edge on the other
