This High Efficiency Broiler is manufactured by and built for optimal performance. it can withstand rigorous usage and it's easy to maintain. You can cook meats, vegetables, and other foods easily with this broiler. Each burner operates on natural gas, and is individually controlled with a hi-lo valve. It features a complete system on/off power switch, which operates the main gas burner and ignition. Its easy to clean too, with a large capacity removable grease trays, and a brush with scraper. This broiler could be a great benefit to your food service business.

- Cast iron energy efficient burners with each burner having a cast iron radiant
- 3/4" gas regulator
- 9' cord & NEMA 5-15P plug standard for 120V models
- Combination wire broiler rack cleaning brush and scraper for cleaning cooking grates
- 120V, 50-60 Hz, 0.10 A, NEMA 5-15P or 220-240V, 50-60 Hz, 0.05 A, no cord (choose at checkout)
- Each burner, rated 14,500 BTU for natural gas & 13,000 BTU for propane gas, and is individually controlled by a two position hi-lo valve
- Complete system on/off power switch, which operate main gas burner ignition & main burner shut down: HEEGM-36CL models have one switch
- Heavy duty removable cast iron grates, reversible with wide brand edge on one side & fine edge on the other
