These fryers are designed to provide lasting value. With 6-inch tubes and high heat baffles for better transfer of heat into the oil rather than up the flue. A larger cold zone helps keep more particles out of the cooking area, prolonging oil life and reducing flavor transfer. This LP gas floor model fryer features 35 lb oil capacity with 90,000 BTU. It also features a high-limit thermostat with auto gas supply shut off, twin nickel chrome baskets, 1-1/4" ball-type port drain with extension pipe. This fryer is ideal for preparing chicken, french fries, and other foods. Great for bar & grill restaurants, stadium concessions, and fast food restaurants.
