With 6-inch tubes and high heat baffles for better transfer of heat into the oil rather than up the flue. A larger cold zone helps keep more particles out of the cooking area, prolonging oil life and reducing flavor transfer. This natural gas floor model fryer features 50 lb oil capacity with 120,000 BTU, a high-limit thermostat with auto gas supply shut off, twin nickel chrome baskets, and a 1-1/4" ball-type port drain with extension pipe.
