The Globe GFF80PG propane gas floor fryer is built with durable construction and high-performance features. Oil capacity of 80 pounds perfect for chain operations doing high volume, large portion frying. These fryers are designed to provide lasting value. With 6-inch tubes and high heat baffles for better transfer of heat into the oil rather than up the flue. A larger cold zone helps keep more particles out of the cooking area, prolonging oil life and reducing flavor transfer. This LP gas floor model fryer also includes a high-limit thermostat with auto gas supply shut off, twin nickel chrome baskets, 1-1/4" ball-type port drain with extension pipe. This fryer is ideal for preparing chicken, french fries, and other foods. Great for bar & grill restaurants, stadium concessions, and fast food restaurants.
