Chefmate® by Globe CM12, 1 horsepower meat chopper, is perfect for gourmet burgers and sausage with a capacity of 250 lbs. per hour. The heavy-duty chopper is designed for commercial food operations and can easily grind beef, pork and venison while maintaining the meat's natural color and flavor. This unit is powerful, durable, easy to use, easy to clean and easy on the budget. This unit is not intended for cheese and vegetables.
