Although great for all kinds of hot sandwiches, Globe's GPGDUE10, bistro-series panini grill can handle cooking a variety of foods, from paninis quesadillas cubanos, grilled cheeses and more. "Bistro" refers to a small restaurant, but there is nothing small about the cooking power and options of this double grill! The GPGDUE10 is a double 10" x 10" grill with grooved top and bottom cast-iron plates, heavy duty, spring hinge with adjustable tension and the temperature is thermostatically controlled up to 570°F.
