Unit furnished with a heavy reinforced rim with a welded-in butterfly shaped pouring lip for maximum sanitation and durability
Crank tilt handle on the right side supports and provides easy and precise one hand tilting of kettle body
31,000 BTU/hr firing rate with electronic spark
A.S.M.E. shop inspected, stamped and registered with the National Board for operation up to
a maximum working pressure of 50 PSI (at 0-2000' elevation)
