Hatco DCSB400-3624-2 Specifications
The Hatco DCSB400-3624-2 is a large, attractive, and functional carving station designed for commercial use. It features two heat lamps and 1300 watts of heating power to keep food at safe serving temperatures without drying it out. The heated base is made of Swanstone, a durable and attractive material that resembles stone. The cutting board is 36 inches by 24 inches and has a moat to collect meat juices. A 5-inch-tall sneeze guard protects food from airborne contaminants. The height of the heat lamps can be adjusted from 14 to 26 inches to accommodate different tasks. The entire unit is freestanding and can be easily moved from place to place.
