The Hatco GRCSCLH-24 Carving Station is a countertop heating unit designed to keep meats warm and moist while they are being carved and served. It features overhead ceramic heating elements that project radiant heat over the entire carving surface, as well as incandescent lights that illuminate the food and help to maintain its appearance. The GRCSCL-24 also has a shatter-resistant incandescent light and a sturdy sneeze guard to protect food from contamination.
