Ice-O-Matic UCG130A 126 lb Undercounter Air Cooled Gourmet Cube Ice Machine

Received the unit in good condition and it was packaged well. The first 24 hours the unit produced as expected and consistently with ice. Overnight the next day the unit stopped working and multiple error lights were flashing yellow and red on the front of the machine. After contacting Ice-O-Matic they referred me to another company to visit and diagnose. The ice maker was functioning a little less than a full day. Tech visited today only a day after being able to get support on the line. He is now ordering a part and unsure if this will be the fix as far as a sensor or maybe need to replace the “board’ next. He mentioned this is a new model and may not even be able to get the replacement part. Unpleasant experience for my first time purchasing and no timeframe on resolution. The insult to injury after speaking to Ice-O-Matic is with residential install its only a 1 year warranty vs 5 in a business. Not even an offer to replace and install in less than a month of purchasing.
