Restaurant Series Range Match Cheesemelter Broiler unit mounts over all Imperial Elite Restaurant Ranges and can also be wall or counter mounted. Individually controlled infrared burners with adjustable gas valves and a continuous pilot. Stainless steel exterior construction with welded and polished seems.
