John Boos BAK02 Specifications
The John Boos BAK02 is a high-quality mobile baker's table designed for commercial kitchens and bakeries. It features a thick, 1 ¾ inch Northern hard rock maple butcher block top that is ideal for kneading dough, rolling out pastries, and other prep work. For additional convenience, the BAK02 has a stainless steel base with a built-in undershelf and bun pan rack, which can hold eight standard baking sheets. The stainless steel construction makes it easy to clean and ensures durability in busy kitchens. Finally, the table is mobile thanks to its locking casters, allowing you to easily rearrange your workspace.
