Description: The Direct Connected Stationary Steam Jacket Kettle. Kettle will be constructed of welded stain finish stainless steel, type 304. A double wall interior around the kettle will form a steam jacket around the lower 2/3 of the kettle. Kettle bottom will be of elliptical design for superior heat circulation.


Tri-leg mounting frame of stainless steel pipe will conceal the steam piping. Each leg will be fitted with a four-hole adjustable flange foot for securing to the floor

Mounting frame of tubular stainless steel pipe will be formed in a yoke fixed to a cylindrical pedestal base. ( Four 7/16" holes evenly spaced for securing unit to floor)
