All metal parts are either stainless steel or nickel plated, which provides years of carefree use. The hose, motor and pump are specially constructed to handle the high temperature edible oils.
The 2 piece container cover provided protection of the operator during operation. the front part lifts to form a splash guard and the rear portion prevents objects from failing into the container.
