This 32.8 Cu.ft Sandwich Prep Table is a great investment. It features (3) doors with recessed handles for easily accessing prep items. You can store fruits, vegetables and deli items fresh until ready to serve with this table. The electro-mechanical thermostat controls the temperature range from 33F - 41F and is easy to read. It also uses forced air refrigeration, which has energy saving capability. It has a 19 pan capacity for storing a variety of items. Maintenance is easy too; the stainless steel exterior and interior is easy to clean and has anti-corrosive properties. This unit is also ETL Listed for use.
