This Full size Pan Digital Electric convection oven with mobile stand is great for restaurants, military facilities, and cafeterias where time is constrained. It boast a full 5 pan sheet capacity and an easy to clean glass door. The compact width is 28 7/8" with a tray spacing of 3 1/3". This oven also has electric thermostat control for accurate cooking. Overall, this unit is a worthwhile investment.
