This free standing convection oven has great potential. It comes equip with a burner ignition safety feature and NSF certification. It's safe to use for continuous use.
The porcelain enamel oven chamber is easy to maintain. You can cook a variety of items with accurate cooking results due to its easy to read digital time and safety controls. It accommodate 5 full-sized cooking pans, and has 3-1/3" tray spacing. This oven also has up to 20 variations of temperature control, and the countdown timer relives the stress of overcooking. You can place it where you need it in your back of house operations due to the casters on its feet. It's a high end oven that could really give variety to your business.
