The Nemco 6900A-208-GG is a high-speed, single panini press that utilizes a combination of conduction and microwave technology to quickly cook paninis. This technology allows the Nemco 6900A-208-GG to heat both the protein and toast the bread simultaneously, resulting in a faster cooking time than traditional panini presses. The press features grooved non-stick aluminum plates that measure 10.5 inches by 10.5 inches. It also has electronic push-button controls with pre-programmed settings for different sandwich types.
