The counter top, oven-fired broiler uses radiant technology to cook meat from the top, using OFB infrared burners, heating meat directly at temperatures up to 1500°F. It features an adjustable cast iron grate that can be lifted and lowered from the flame to ensure perfect medium-rare to well steak and burger grilling. Otto’s award-winning product design is built for easy cleaning, allowing you to remove and reassemble grill parts with ease.
