Peerless Three Door Electric Pizza Oven with Three 42x32x7 Hearth Decks. This item is great for baking an authentic pizza. Ideal for pizzerias, sandwich sub shops, and large restaurants.

- CE41PE stacked with a CE61PE side car digital control unit on the right side
- Quality Construction for a long life
- Stainless steel front is standard (18-gauge, T304). The interior of the door is 18-gauge stainless as well.
- Interior is Armco Type 1, 20-gauge aluminized steel
- Large Capacity: Three 42" x 32" x 7" cordierite hearths will hold thirty 12" pizzas and twenty 16" pizzas in total.
- Energy Efficient - new energy-saving "power-pack" burner system coupled with our unique baffle system for even heat and better baking
- Full range - 300°F - 650°F thermostat (149°C - 343°C)
- Space Saver - Unit is only 50" wide
- Easily serviceable - all controls can be replaced from the front of the unit
