It features two powerful ceramic burners that can reach searing temperatures of 1,600°F in just 90 seconds, locking in juices and flavor while cooking. The entire unit is constructed from durable 316L stainless steel to withstand the demands of a commercial kitchen, and it comes with a built-in blower to help clear smoke and vapors.
