Be aware before purchasing. Read WARRANTY first!
Pros: Small foot print.
Cons: Unit broke in 6 months. Desperate we called emergency repair. The parts and labor were over $900.00. Tried to make a warranty claim but denied. READ warranty. Must call Southland FIRST!! EVEN IF YOU NEED IT STAT. Otherwise they refuse claim.
It is a smaller foot print than our previous steamer. Warms up quickly and efficiently. Appears to be made of a bit lower quality materials than our previous unit. Easy for employees to use.
