Southbend PCG100S/TD Specifications
The PCG100S/TD Platinum Series Convection Oven is a gas, double deck, standard cavity depth, 100,000 BTU of power, with touch screen controls and dependent doors. This series features a stainless steel exterior. Standard Depth ovens can accommodate one full size (18" x 26") sheet pan per oven rack left to right in the oven.
