The Star-Max® 648TSPF natural gas griddle is a perfect match for the budget minded operator. The 648TSPF griddle features a 1” thick, 48" wide polished steel griddle plate, 28,300 BTU aluminized burner every 12” of width, and embedded electric snap-action thermostat with pilot safety controls.
