Ultra-Max® gas hot plates are designed for years of maintenance free operation and reliable cooking performance. Whatever the menu item, Ultra-Max hot plates will out perform the competition. The 802HA gas hotplate features two front-to-back burners with 30,000 BTUs NG/ 26,000 LP BTUs per burner, and a standing pilot for each burner.
