Ultra-Max® gas griddles are our highest performance griddle designed for high output and long life. For breakfast, lunch or dinner, the Ultra-Max griddles out-perform the competition. Ultra-Max® griddles features a 1” thick polished steel griddle plate, 30,000 BTU burners every 12", and are available in 24”, 36”, 48”, 60", and 72" widths. Chrome plates are optional.
