Almost perfect... why the sharp corners?
Pros: Easy to clean Well made Looks nice
Cons: Corners aren't cropped enough so it lies completely flat in my (standard, I think) quarter sheet pan.
High quality, and the measurements are perfect for the quarter sheet pan I have (unlike the smaller one for the eighth sheet), but only one small flaw--the corners need to be cropped a bit more so it will lie flat in the pan. As it is, the corners ride up a little so that cookies that are nearer the corners end up a bit misshapen because the mat isn't lying flat.
Would I recommend this product to a friend? Yes
