Cons: Constant broken dishwasher arm, will not honor the fourth repair in a year and a half. this is obviously a defect in the unit. a lemon. stay away and move on to something else

Great commercial dish washer
Pros: We have only had it a week and the dishwasher works great. Cleans well and with the high temperature the dishes dry quickly without hand drying. 3 easy to use wash settings.
Cons: The water drain plug is a little trick to get out
We have only had it 1 week but it is pretty easy to use. The instructions are pretty easy to follow, but did have to find a youtube video to clarify how the water draining process works. Like the fact that we don't have to buy sanitizer. Follow the installation instructions very carefully. Especially about the water supply. It requires a 3/4 inch water line with a certain amount of pressure. Can't remember the exact amount, but the manual gives you that information.
