Imperial IRSB-36 Specifications

The Imperial Salamander Broiler is perfect for preparing steaks, fish and lobster because the gas-fired 40,000 BTU/hr. infra-red burner provides instant, even heating throughout the 405 sq. in. broiler grid. A new protective burner screen helps prevent breakage. Two gas valves: one for the left side and one for the right side of the broiler provide cooking flexibility.

  • Gas-fired 40,000 BTU/hr. infra-red burner provides instant, even heating and features an adjustable gas valve
  • Two gas valve controls (ISB-36). One valve for each side provides cooking flexibility
  • Infra-Red burner has incolloy metal screen to protect from breakage (ISB-36)
  • Broiler grid is spring balanced and it raises and lowers with positive locking in four positions
  • Grid rack assembly rolls out a full 10" for easy loading and unloading
  • Large capacity broiler pan fits under the 405 sq. in. broiler grid.
  • The full width broiler pan can be easily removed for cleaning
  • Salamander Broiler unit mounts over all Imperial Restaurant Ranges and can be wall or counter mounted
