The TurboChef ENCORE 2 convection oven expands menus by quickly cooking a diverse range of food items. Impingement, radiant heat, and microwave energy combine to provide well-toasted items that are heated thoroughly at speeds faster than conventional equipment can achieve. Its interior accepts sheet pans for baking. This unit has durable stainless steel sides, front, top, and drip pan that simplify cleaning. All its exterior surfaces stay cool for safety, and for space-restricted environments, this oven can be placed on another ENCORE 2 oven with a stacking kit.
