Should work well for intended purpose.
Haven't had the opportunity to use it yet. All the fingers are raised in the center ....so the meat juices drain off??? It should work well for this purpose. I just wish one of the fingers was concave in the center. In addition to bagging meat in vacuum bags, I also put candied nuts and cookies in narrow cello bags. If not all the fingers raised, this would work well for those projects, too. There appears to be no way to re-orient the fingers.
