The Vollrath HFM-48 is a 48-inch wide, countertop hot food display case designed for self-service applications. It features an angled front for optimal product visibility and comes in a classic black finish that complements various settings. The HFM-48 keeps food items hot and fresh at adjustable temperatures between 95°F and 200°F using a thermostatically controlled heating system. Three adjustable shelves provide ample space for showcasing a variety of food items, while the built-in LED lighting ensures they are always attractively presented. For easy restocking and cleaning, the display case features both front and rear access with lockable, sliding glass doors.
