The Vulcan EV48S-4FP24G240 is a 48-inch wide electric range that is perfect for commercial kitchens. It has four 9 1/2-inch diameter French plates, a 24-inch wide griddle, and a standard oven with one rack. The French plates are made of cast iron and have an output of 2 kW each.
