The Endurance 72" 6 Burner Restaurant Range with 8 Burners 24" Thermostatic Griddle and 2 Convection Ovens is an ideal addition to a commercial kitchen. Heavy duty aluminized MIG welded steel frame for increased durability.

- Stainless steel front, sides, back riser, & lift-off high shelf
- 6” Stainless steel adjustable legs
- (8) 30,000 BTU/hr. open top burners
- Extra deep pull out crumb tray with welded corners
- 24" Thermostatic griddle, 7/8" thick plate
- (2)35,000 BTU/hr. Baker's depth convection oven cavities to fit full size sheet pans
- Oven thermostat adjusts from 250°F to 500°F
- Two oven racks and four rack positions
- 1" rear gas connection with pressure regulator

Love my Vulcan Range
This range is a beast... and we love it! It is super heavy-duty (although it is not considered a heavy-duty range). Heats like crazy, cooks evenly, and my chef is the envy of all other chefs in our city. Delivery was without issue, purchasing was easy. This is not a range for residential use, though... as it really puts off the heat.
